Also nur mal so auf die Schnelle.

Der ist einfach nicht richtig gepackt.
Also Mod entpacken, wieder neu packen, wie unter Tutorials beschrieben und dann sollte der auch funktionieren.
Obwohl ich den jetzt nie probiert habe, aber sollte das Problem lösen.

Du sollst ein Archiv als scs Datei erstellen.
Dabei darauf achten, daß die Komprimierung auf "speichern" steht.
